Returns


Our return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you've received your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without any notification to our customer support team, further instructions will be provided.

  

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, Please kindly please double-check the account that you have used when you purchase the items. It should appear in your bank within 5-10 business days starting from the day it was refunded. In case of prepayment via credit/debit cards, your money will be refunded automatically to your account within one to two billing cycles (one billing cycle is 1 month); depending on your bank's policy.
